Een attitude van zachtheid en mededogen helpen je om aanwezig te blijven bij al wat zich aandient.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In stilte openbaart zich de essentie aan je. Dan zijn er geen vragen meer maar is alles gevuld met stilte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">We zitten twee keer een half uurtje met de adem als onderliggend anker in je lichaam. Ik stem me telkens af op wat heilzaam is op dat moment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Onderricht in aandachtstraining en een boeddhistische levensfilosofie vormen de basis van deze meditaties
